1) How long do I have to wait for my new appliances?
In stock items can usually be delivered within 2–3 business days. If product must be ordered it can usually be delivered in 4 to 7 business days. (assuming no back-order from supplier)
2) Do you require a deliver date for my new appliance?
Yes, orders that do not have a delivery date will not be ordered into our stock until customer gives us a firm delivery date. We realize that your new order may be for a renovation, new home, or for a future project and the exact date may not be clear at time of ordering. We request a minimum 3 week lead time to order in larger orders. This allows you the opportunity to make changes to the product as it has not been ordered.
3) Will you require a deposit for my appliances?
Large appliance packages normally require a 20% deposit, with balance due upon delivery. Any product that is an in-stock item or designated as clearance requires payment in full but can be held in our stock for future delivery.
